    Do you eat properly ?

I have to know a bit about your lifestyle and the things you do on regular basis... the sleep issues definitely have a cause.....

Some people might not believe me but I've been staying awake once for 20 days in a row ! Yes 20 days.... and that was in a Xanax Withdrawal .... my last quit from 3 mg a day.... was pretty nasty .... the symptoms were very similar to those of an heavy alcoholic ...

20 days? It's difficult to stay awake for 20 days even when taking ample amounts of crystal meth or some other super strong stimulant. I doubt you stayed up because of xanax withdrawal, did you really stay up that long? Did you have to go to the hospital? lol. I knew of someone who stayed up for nearly 30 days and went into a coma for a few weeks after she finally crashed, had to feed her through a tube while she rested. Very sad.

      Sgreger I am not kidding.

I couldn't see very well, I couldn't even eat much, I was sweating all day .... had trembling and couldn't speak properly ....

I was afraid and anxious as a rabbit when it hears the gun shot, I am not kidding.....

Every night I used to go to bed hoping I'd sleep a bit but never could in that time....... It's not that I wanted to stay awake I just couldn't sleep at all .... not even one minute........

Believe me, I was feeling that my end was near .... luckily I am still very young and my body tolerated it......

But it was straight 20 days....

Why didn't you see the quack? They would have given you something to knock you out just to give your body a break. If you take these knockout jobbies they'd only give you one a week but even that would've done.

I was sick of doctors ... and as long as I didn't feel extremely sick ..... I just carried on .....

Most of the time I was resting (barely able to speak properly) or do anything else.... I had a bit of xanax left but didn't want to take it .... because I would only make the withdrawal last longer....

... usually alcoholics go through similar sleep problems.... when they quit cold turkey in rehabs.....

that's why I've even said it before... stay away from xanax no matter how tense or anxious you are....

iolite owner as well. Not a bad toy at all, my only issue is that it take awhile to warm up. I do like the idea of my bud lasting a lot longer, but the high isn't the same.... i mean the medical effect LOL Any of you gents try a heat gun and a garbage bag? Basically a volcano... a poor mans version.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Xanax is horrible. I used to take it all the time, and it's left its mark. It's almost like a reset button for life, you take it and don't remember a thing the next day. If anything, in the end, xanax just compounds your anxiety problems... if that is what you are taking it for. I was more of a recreational user , although I will never take that stuff again.

In the summer time I was constantly up and being an insomniac, I wanted to sleep, but now with more stress in the day, I find myself falling asleep very fast, but the thing is, I don't want to fall asleep so quick anymore, rather stay up the night and do something productive.
Try exhausting yourself more in the day, or taking a portion of snus before going to bed.

OK Lord Spencer - it looks like we are recommending for you to workout for a couple of hours in the evening, drink a few shots of Crown Royal, smoke some pot, use a fleshlight and then fall asleep with a portion of snus under your lip. Let us know if this doesn't work and we will think of something else.

I can assure Lord Specer that he would be sleeping with 150 ml of whiskey and two starks in his lip :^)
Not sure about the fleshlight that might keep him awake, loool ...

Some nights its really hard for me to fall asleep. I think its due to stress. I sometimes end up taking over the counter sleeping aids. I really hate how we depend on pills to solve problems. Like everyone is talking about xanax. Instead of finding the real issue its a lot easier for a quack to fill out a perscription and collect his/her fee.

Yeah the pill dependency is ridiculous. Just like you said, instead of finding the cause of the problem, they just throw some medicine your way and send you packing. Seems like there is a pill for everything nowadays. Even pills for the side effects of other pills.
Got a headache? Take a pill
Nobody likes you? Don't like reality? There's a pill for that!
