I personally only use getsnus to purchase my snus, even after northerner took them over, they have always treated me right. I however do live in a very low tax state, where if I was in a higher one I would potentially have to reconsider. The thing that is making me think I may have to order from another supplier is that I can't get odens 59 or burnt apple!! Probably a matter of patience but I don't think I can wait much longer.

Here's why!
Because the only people who will still ship to me are not sponsors to this site! I gotta do what I gotta do to get my snus! And I just bought my damn new Icetool can on the other site, now there is a grey area as far as support! It is no longer a matter of my loyalty, that ship sailed! Careful there, there are extenuating circumstances at work here for some of us. Northerner will not ship to me due to the getsnus connection, and I have always used Getsnus or Northerner in the past. And I am loyal to snuson, just saying be careful of judging my "Loyalties"!

I deliberately put the word loyalty in inverted commas to accent the fact I wanted to use that term very loosely and not to make it seem like a big deal. I understand people have different issues when it comes to buying snus - my wonder came from the popularity of using snuscentral. It's a site I've visited and promptly fell asleep. Just a curiosity thing on my part really as to why people go there - but if it's cheaper, it's cheaper.

I was trying to decide how to respond to all this since it was not my intention to create controversy when I posted my comment lol

When I posted that I only buy from Northerner, I was being literal, as I have just never ordered from anywhere else. I was wondering after PP's post if it was loyalty or not and I think largely it is, as Northerner has been great to me, I trust them, and want to support them. I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to buy from anywhere else, especially if you have some of the reasons a lot of users have, and don't think buying from someone else makes you any less part of the SnusOn family. Pre-PACT, the prices were great, shipping fast, and it was just easier to use someone I was already established with and knew. Post-PACT, I like the fact that they do the taxes for me and I don't have to worry about filing them on my own.

I will say that SnusOn is one of the most free and open forums I have been on, and I love it. I have been on other forums that would never allow some of the threads we have here, I have been (am on actually) a couple forums where even mentioning a competing forum will get you banned for a week (not snus related by the way).

I haven't ordered from the SnusOn store for one reason - it's taken me since May of 2009 to get as many points as I have now to get a 5% discount. I'm going to let it build up then order some stuff. I'd hate to have to work another 2 years to build up that many points. I guess whenever they cap out I'll use them.

Do not fear the snuson shop will be up and will be better than ever. It should be up soon but the better than ever part will still take a little more time. I believe that in the end most everybody will be thrilled.

Yeah but I believe it's the POINTS that count for the Shop,
but I don't remember at what level that first happened.


Don't forget, points were a constant mystery for the longest time!
