I've read about this. They were both expelled from school. I think the small kid should be expelled, as well as the school headmaster, who's let this go on for years!

This has played out uber lame, the bully and his father crying in interviews saying he was bullied to and the other kid started it, accusing the big kid of having fight training, etc.

You know what fight training he had? It is called physics as in he is 3x your size so tossing you like a rag doll is no problem.

Yeah, been following this for a week or two now. Comeuppance can, at times, be a real thing of beauty.

What impressed me about it most, though, is the restraint that Casey shows. I counted four solid punches that Casey took before he struck back. He piledrove the kid right into the concrete, WWE-style, and then.........he turns and walks away. He walks off into the sunset, while everyone else looks upon the scene incredulously, and the bully tries(and largely fails)to get his legs back under him.

Casey could have gone further with it, and probably been justified in doing so. But he did what was necessary to stop the threat, and left it at that. I am impressed.

The only thing missing was the canaries and stars circling the little brat's head while he staggered around wondering what just happened.

He was 16 and the bully was 12... Maybe he shouldn't have gotten physical.

I seriously doubt it. . .
60 Minutes is allegedly a legitimate news program here in the States. A Current Affair is more like the TV equivalent of a tabloid newspaper like the National Enquirer.

Given that age and size difference, I'd submit that it's the bully that shouldn't have gotten physical.

Yeah, picking on someone your own size is a lesson well learned. Ha!
