One Year Off Cigs, On Snus

I have one year off of cigs now thanks to snus and you folks.

I did break down and smoke cigs on three different occasions.
I have smoked about 5 packs total in the last year. That is
better than 365 + packs in one year.

I've been quiet here lately. I'm still around. Just kicking back.
Perhaps the firing of K.O. did me in?

Pretty much the same thing here, I quit smoking in octobre 2009, so a year and a half for me. Went from 30-35 cigarettes a day to 1 cigarette a week (weekend, when going out with friends, I sometimes have one or two in the evening). All in all, my chronic bronchitis has completely vanished, my sinuses are somewhat clearer too, so it was worth it for me.

addiction a few relapses is normal.

I will be at 2 years this May! I've probably had about 20 cigarettes, in those past 2 years. But have not bought a pack in 2 years!

I smoked about 5-20 cigs per day. Firstly when switching to snus I thougt I have to smoke too
but wen using snus longer I noticed that I dont need them and I dont like them anymore. I have smoked couple of times but I have no need to smoke anymore at all.
