If this is his Long Form Birth Certificate, then I am glad he released it. He should have long ago, and I am glad he didn't wait longer, because the issue was a distraction. Personally, I was unsure what to believe, but it did leave me doubts as to why he was witholding it. Now, since I am a Trump fan, he can stop this, along with the media having a circus with it, and get down to the issues, which I believe is where Trump really shines, but was getting overshadowed with the birth issue.

When Trump commands, things happen. He is who we need in the White House, he did demonstate it now. I really didn't realize that now Chad till you made it clear.

I never thought I'd see the day where I honestly want Trump in office. I mean anyone other than Obama but still, I would/will vote for Trump...unless someone emerges from the republican side to compete with him.

Speaking to reporters Wednesday, Trump said, "I have accomplished something nobody else has accomplished."
"I want to look at it, but I hope it’s true," he added. "He should have done it a long time ago. I am really honored to have played such a big role in hopefully getting rid of this issue."

If that's not Pres material I don't know what is.

I know many don't like Trump, maybe because he's on a TV show, or a business mogul... or they are die-hard leftist Dems, but imagine Obama going head to head with the other possible candidates?
Obama Vs Huckabee? Huckabee is a nice guy it seems, but Obama would beat him.
Bachman? That's too obvious Obama would win.
Romney? I think Romney should overcome Huckabee, but Huckabee leads, but again, Obama would beat Romney.
Paul? I wish Paul could win. I really like him more that all of them, but this is 2011, and sleepy grandpa doesn't have a chance.
Trump? He's it. A man of strong character, and personality. He can speak with force, he knows how things work, and he is well known, and is a big success. Running a nation is business. We are blowing money and in a big deficit, and owe China billions. It is all about money, and Trump knows money and how to work it.

And what is our biggest issue right now? Deficit. Unemployment. Mismanagement of funds. Taxes. Etc, etc. Pretty much any main issue boils down to the root of all evils - money. Trump is the only guy that can get that in line. I bet he could leave a legacy much like Clinton's "balanced budget" without all the blowjobs and cigar fornication.

After reading the comments here I now know why Obama released the birth certificate. He WANTS Trump on the Republican ticket!

The last thing Obama wants is a debate with Trump. It will make him look weak.

Huh? Trump is one of the biggest womanizers around!

You show it because you are a elected official, not a GOD. Amusement of the minions for two years?
                            Solve problems? lol

Thanks Trump for finally getting to the bottom of this issue. Solve some more for us!

“Over the last two and half years, I have watched with amusement. I have been puzzled with the degree with which this thing just kept going,” Obama told reporters Wednesday.

"We are not going to be able to solve are problems if we get distracted by side shows." he added.

All the excitement around trump reminds of me of obama. So many people were thrilled for him to be president. I don't know much about trumps political leanings or goals or anything but he is way too arrogant.
