I can just imagine when Trump wins, and the two are standing together, and Trump points his finger at Obama and says "You're fired".
Obama releases birth certificate...

Well, I think Trump could be awesome, from a purely economical point of view. Although, we have to realize, there's only so much that a POTUS can do...he needs to have a Congress and Senate that will work with him. Personally, I've pretty much decided in the next election, I am voting for whoever has the best economic plan for the country. Abortion, homosexual marriage, gun control, etc, are all secondary for me. In elections past, those things were front and center for me...the only one that's really up there with economic policy for me is illegal immigration. I'm not gonna vote for who I think has the best chance of beating Obama...I'm gonna vote for the best money man.

I like Trump, and I do think he's able to do it. But I have to admit, I like the entertainment factor, in that it reminds me of the old boxers, like Muhammed Ali, like, "I'm gonna take you down chump!".
God, I have "The View" on now, and they are all(Behar, and Goldberg) whining that it's all racism. To me, they are the racists.
Trump won this round, and they hate him for it.

I think the liberals and Trump enthusiats like myself could go on all day today about who wins this day to no end.
Never really liked/disliked Trump before or followed much of his "Fired show" but I do like that he is somewhat of a outsider to the Career politicians. My gut instinct is telling me though that he is going
to back out of running for Pres somehow. This will be quite a relief for all the Whoopi and friends because he definately has a real chance of winning.

I think trump is just the new populist Obama-type candidate for the right. I think as far as snakeoil salesmen go he isn't the worst but he is from the elite and therefore will not have any concern for what affects us here on the street. Mark my words, it will just be more "rich helping rich" if he gets elected. But then again Obama is no different so I guess it doesn't matter.

As truthwolf said, he's an outsider, and I think this is why the main stream news(often White House propagandists) are trying so hard to marginalize him. Like Paul, they don't want them in their clique.
I think in this issue, Trump was triumphant.
Others have pushed this issue for years, yet only when Trump did it, did it get some results. If Trump wasn't in this, I don't he'd have released it. Some are wondering if it's faked still... it may be, but unless someone with authority can prove it so, I say let it go.
Trump trumps on the issues, I'd rather hear him talk about OPEC and China.

I'll gladly take bets on:
1. Nothing will come of this birth certificate stuff
2. Trump will never be POTUS
Taking all bets.
I wouldn't take that bet, I don't think trump has a chance, US presidents almost always get two terms, it would be unlikely for trump to win. The BC thing is an interesting topic but no nothing will ever come of it, even if it were faked. That's the problem with the birther issue, there is no real way to 100% disprove it since he's president and anything could be "a fake" to those who wish to believe it.
