    Sweeet!!

Just so you know, I tend to mix a lot of drinks ½-½ --
coffee blends, herbal teas, various juices (even combos of
fruit and vege drinks, etc.) .... certainly
    can make for some
interesting drinks (and the occasional disaster).

There's really nothing like variety to keep things lively!!

Chad, get a Britta pitcher, and keep it in the fridge. That's what we have, and I can't drink water from the tap anymore, it tastes like pool water with all the chlorine. The pitcher filter knocks that right out.

I have a 20oz. stainless thermos that I use for water. It's nice because the outside doesn't get sweaty when it's filled with cold water. I usually drink 3 or 4 of those a day.

I drink 80-100 oz of water a day. It is all I drink besides coffee, beer or rum. Occasionally I will drink a diet coke or dr pepper. Soda, maybe one a month.

Just so you guys know, bottled water is the same as you get out of your tap, they get it from the same municipal water supplies. I have never understood paying for water lol.
Thats why if possible I drink Deer Park or Evian. They are the only ones that list a source that is not " public water supply"

I drink about 1-3 l. If you eat vegetables+fruits the most you don't have need to drink as much.

I drink water as my primary beverage, and drink about 8 full water bottles a day at least. I refill my 1 waterbottle (size of regular bottled water, maybe like 16 ounces or something) about 5x during the day then have 4-5 glasses of water once i'm off work. Hydrating is super important and most americans are chronically lacking proper hydration.

That links says I need 2 liters of water but i'm definately drinking more than that. Replacing soda with water is like the #1 most healthy thing you can do I think lol.

Water is almost all I ever drink. I have a CamelBak Insulated bottle that works great.

The best thing to do is watch the color of your urine.

Dark yellow- you need to start guzzling
Clear- and frequent urination you probably should let up because it is hard on the kidneys.

Did you ever hear the story that the way doctors tested for Diabetes back when, was with a urine taste test.

Nothing, if you mean pure water. Only when I exercise, but then its mixed with powder.

Milk and juice is the way to go for me!

I always thought yellow/dark yellow meant you were losing weight, and that was a bad sign and clear was good. Weird.

I don't really drink water on it's own but have it in my tea/coffee. I try and drink as much fruit juice as i can as i love it.

However much water is in coffee, coke, and bourbon. That's how much I drink. Plain water? None. Yuck.
