I compare Lady Gaga alot to Madonna, a lot of the stuff she's doing now reminds me of the edgy stuff Madonna was doing in the 80's.

I grew up with Madonna and everything about her was the I am a famous whore and she sold that to the people. She was kinda hot at a time in my eyes but I dont know it faded quickly.

Gaga has definately taken the glam/starlight from her but not the whole I am a super whore aspect. The one's that did that were the Brittanys and who else I closed my ears to for about a decade.

It is more of almost a sarcasm of the old mixed with her over the top visuals and present musical trends.

My vote goes for Gaga.

I like Gaga more. I think her songs are better, i think she's more talented, and she's hotter.
But, Madonna was a trail blazer, and if she didn't happen, Gaga may not have either, so she holds an important influential part in history, like Black Sabbath.

Madonna for me as I had a big thing for her in my teens and into my twenties.

I do like some of Lady Gaga's stuff though. She's been in-concert most of the week on Sky1 this week which was quite eye-opening

Madonna is the winner on the whole package deal. Im not so sure she is the Black Sabbath of pop but she is pretty high up there....she was one of the first...right along with Cyndi Lauper...... but Madonna wins in longevity.

Gaga is more like Marilyn Manson or Alice Cooper. People just want to see what she does next. She has talent but that is not all that keeps her in the spotlight.

I'd fúçk both of them as well.
