    2012 Presidential Election

So, as candidates are starting to make their announcements, I'd like to see everyone's thoughts on this.

So far, Ron Paul is really looking good. I'm praying that he has a chance this year and he gets more steam than last time around. My top pick!

I'm only voting for Ron Paul. Don't think he'll save us or really fix anything, but it is a vote aginst the establishment. Too bad he has to run as a republican to even get on the ticket.

I'm still not sure that I care to vote for another federal President. Having said that, I think 2012 will be a real yawner that ends with a second term for Obama. There is simply no one on the Republican side of things that can really be taken seriously. I don't think that Gingrich will even make it as far as the Iowa primary.

The only thing that might make the GOP race mildly amusing at this point is a full-on Cat Fight between Sarah Palin and Michele Bachman. I might tune in for that.

I should know better than to get into a political thread, but I'm going to do it anyway. I'm not looking to argue. I LOVE Herman Cain

              1. Obama will win again in 2012

              2. Newt Gingrich’s presidential campaign imploded Thursday afternoon with his entire senior staff resigning en masse (He ain't gonna win, but that is no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention)

              3. Lol @ Palin and Bachman. They should just air the entire 2012 election as an episode of Celebrity Death Match where Palin and Bachman mud wrestle and then Obama comes into the ring and performs a mortal kombat style fatality on whoever wins the mud-wrestling contest.

Americans always vote for a second term, Obama will win. That is all.

Doesn't matter who the Republicans chose. Under no conceivable circumstances whatsoever would I vote for the big O. Might stay home in protest but regardless the D lever will not be pulled.

I will probably close my eyes and vote for whoever, regardless if it is a republican or democrat. Regardless of who you vote, you still have the same people in congress and other levels of government that actually make most of the decisions, the president is mostly just a spokesperson.

Ron Paul is the last real hope.
If he does not get the nomination then hopefully a third party horse comes in late in the game.

Everyone is out right angry with the current admin for a every which reason so I dont see a second term Obama.

Ron Paul, or someone very much like him will be the only way I'd ever vote for a Republican, or Democrat. Otherwise it's independent, Libertarian, or Pirate for me. I don't have any particular problem with Obama. He's the same as all the others. Arguing the difference between him and Bush is like arguing over the difference between Exxon, and Sunoco. Whichever one is your favorite, you're still fscked....

We need a gay guy or girl. We already have a black president, so we need to find some new extreme to top it.

How about someone that honors the Constitution? That's pretty extreme :^P
