My wife picked me up a silver iPod shuffle last night for the small size and clip-on-your-sleeve convienience for an early fathers day present because I'm getting a gym membership tomorrow. Man I love it. This is my 2nd Apple device. I got a 4th gen Nano 3 years ago that's still beating steady. Apple makes some neat stuff for sure. $50 was a nice price for this thing. Feels like it would withstand a hammer being taken to it. Apple has also improved the once shoddy standard ear buds. The ones I got 3 years ago sounded like junk and didn't fit properly in my ears. These are perfect.
Got the new Foo Fighters album as well as the new Seether one to slap on my new toy. Haven't listened to any of the Seether stuff yet but this is a pure classic effort from one of my all time favorite bands, the Fighters of Foo. I'm 5 songs in so far and every one of them have not only been good but straight up kicked ass. Rock may be on life support, but thanks to bands like the Foo Fighters it ain't dead.
