On behalf of my USA.. I apologize England..

Just wanted to apologize England for Obamas arrogance..

I saw today that you guys unveiled a statue of our former president Reagan and I wanted to thank you and say sorry for Obamas arrogance in returning the bust we were given by you of Winston Churchhill...

He does not represent us all....

Edit-- I should have put this in another category so feel free to move it...

I'm not sure if it was due to be returned when Bush left office, i heard it may have been.

A bust of the former prime minister once voted the greatest Briton in history, which was loaned to George W Bush from the Government's art collection after the September 11 attacks, has now been formally handed back.
The bronze by Sir Jacob Epstein, worth hundreds of thousands of pounds if it were ever sold on the open market, enjoyed pride of place in the Oval Office during President Bush's tenure.
But when British officials offered to let Mr Obama to hang onto the bust for a further four years, the White House said: "Thanks, but no thanks."
Diplomats were at first reluctant to discuss the whereabouts of the Churchill bronze, after its ejection from the seat of American power. But the British Embassy in Washington has now confirmed that it sits in the palatial residence of ambassador Sir Nigel Sheinwald, just down the road from Vice President Joe Biden's official residence. It is not clear whether the ambassador plans to keep it in Washington or send it back to London.

Nice to know the 'story behind the story'... a loan is "something lent for temporary use."

IMO, there are many reasons to deride Obama but this shouldn't be one of them!!

This is the bit that gives me reason to deride him Snusgetter... i'm only teasing anyway, it doesn't bother me so much.

@ Ansel--- I hear ya it's not a big deal... Still it was about as nice as handing the queen an iPod with Friday on it...

Obama would of kept it if it was James Earl Jones, Billy D Williams, or perhaps a young Red Foxx.

                              I keed! lol
