So get this. I work at a hotel in south louisiana. We havent had a real rain in months. Today we have a storm roll through. My houseman, (the guy who is supposed to watch the weather and take down things that can cause damage in a storm), knows its gonna be a big thunderstorm. High winds. Lots and lots of rain. He leaves and doesnt take down the pool umbrellas. I am sitting in the back watching the rain when I see a huge pool umbrella go flying past the camera outside and lands in the pool. Great im thinking. I go to grab the rain slicker I always keep in the back.... Its gone. So i grab a small crappy umbrella and head into the worse wind and rain ever. Lightening crashing. Rain falling. Wind a blowing. I reach toward the stupid umbrella that has fallen into the pool and cant reach it. So i throw down my crappy umbrella that isnt helping at all and grab the big giant metal pole that has the life saving rope on the end and proceed to lift the umbrella out of the pool. And I fall in..... Now i get to work the next 7 hrs soaking wet. And of course its 70degrees in the hotel and now im frozen....
