I can't belive how this who looks like smart and well educated human being, thinks one day that I'm going to plant few bombs and then go and shoot innocent children. It's got to be a result of mental illness or some serious brainwash from some extremist groups.

The guy seems normal enough on his facebook page. Curious that the pictures were all uploaded a few days ago though.

Yeah - that's one odd FB page. Maybe FB or whoever is blocking most of his posts, friends etc. Maybe.......................

I Wonder what kind of consequences Norway will see after this. We're a small country, with a population of half the London metropolitan area.

The problem is here Hanske - anybody can do this. No matter how good your intelligence services are, you simply cannot stop something like this from happening.
Thank God most of the human race chooses not to do this.

Knee jerk laws are the worst laws. Stay vigilant.

Doesn't Norway have a lot of guns owned by civilians. Expect this to be the first thing to be challenged as a result of this. Because if this man wasn't allowed to have a gun this would have never happened. *rolls eyes*

Yes, but most of them are shotguns owned by people who like to hunt. This guy apparently owned a handheld gun and an automatic gun. To do that, you must have been a member of a shooting Club for at least a year. To be honest, I do not Think the gun laws will be more restricted, but there will be massive changes in the government quarter.

I've seen a picture of him at the shooting. He is carrying quite a long 'rifle'.
I'd also be interested to know what he used as explosive.

This may or may not be him. It could be a police officer.

It was said to be a "gjødselbombe". Translated to English, this means "fertilizer bomb". I'm not sure if that's the correct English name, though.

This is what I thought it was. It's extremely easy to get but you usually need a truck load of it.

He owns a company breivik geofarm. I wonder if this is in fact a working farm which explains how he was able to get fertiliser without raising eyebrows and maybe obtaining rifle.

He must have gotten it from there. But I'm going to bed, it's 3 am here in Norway. The police will hold a press conference at 8 am, so we might Get some new information at that point.
