We should have a test to see how fast a thread gets "snuson-ified" after the OP posts, my guess is by the 3rd post.
You ever been on one of those forums with rules? I have and I've never been back. This place is so discombobulated that it just works. Not sure what that says about all of us...... Oh yeah We kick ass
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

This is exactly why I think social workers are the most self-centered self-absorbed selfish ego driven kind people there are. They get off on the idea of saving other people.

Yes. He has no idea of what social workers need to see or do on a daily basis. It often involves doing jobs that people do not have the inclination or patience for. Domestic violence, substance abuse, child abuse and poverty are just some of the issues social workers try to deal with on a daily basis. Also, a good social worker does not "save" people. Rather, they give their clients the tools and options to save themselves. In reality, you can't make people do anything. You can only show them different actions and the probably outcomes while hoping for the best. It is the person who has to make the change. I also disagree with his ego assessment but in a shallow way he is correct in that most social workers love their jobs in that they get paid to help people.
