Just bought one of these as the handle on my old Hann steam mop broke after using it less than 15 times. I was pissed that hann wouldn't replace the handle. Anyways i wasn't gonna give another dime to Hann and being a big fan of their vacuums I figured I'd give the steam it a try.... All I can say is Awesome machine and tool. Comes Highly recommended to my snuson brethren. I've been steaming stuff for fun and cuz cleaning the things it does would take me 10x's the time to clean manually. All I can say is WOW! If you've thought about buying one of these let me tell ya worth way more than The $150 it costs. Amazing. I'm gonna use it to steam clean my grills tomorrow. Incredible tool get one if you even think you need it.......
