West Virginia women's underwear & dead goat

Man found in bra and knickers with dead goat 'high on bath salts'

A West Virginia man found wearing women's underwear and standing over a goat's carcass has told police he was high on bath salts.

Mark L. Thompson, 19, of Alum Creek, was arrested at his home Monday and has since been charged with cruelty to animals.

Police said witnesses had reported Mr Thompson standing near a neighbour's pygmy goat in a bedroom. He was wearing a bra and female underwear and the goat had at least one stab wound.

Officers said Mr Thompson claimed he had been high and ‘wasn't in his right mind’.

The 19-year-old's neighbour Lisa Powers said she bought the goat last week as a gift for her four-year-old grandson.

Ms Powers told the Charleston Gazette she had been told on Monday morning that her goat had been spotted inside Mr Thompson’s house.

'They told him that my goat was wandering around in Mark's house and he'd better come and get it,' she said. 'They called my nephew because he'd been there before.'

However, after entering Mr Thompson’s house and making their way into his bedroom, Ms Powers said the group found him 'standing there with his pants down. He had on women's clothing and the goat was dead and there was blood everywhere. It was just a scene.’

The 19-year-old is reported to have rushed out of the property and was later found by officers searching nearby woodland.

I've heard this before about bath salts. Can you really get high on bath salts? Whatever happened to just doing some blow or something, kids these days...

Can't smoke weed?? Enjoy some lab created bath salts...obviously the war on drugs is winning! I recently came across this disturbing bs story: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...ltsdeaths.html

Not trying to highjack this thread...just posting a related article. I once thought methfreaks were the stupidest people until I heard of bath salts...just sad...

Sgreger, I'm sure you know, but bath salts is strictly used euphemistically for this stuff, like tobacco water pipes. The bath salts are actually fairly dangerous, as they tend to be a mixture of various research chemicals, and you have no way of knowing which ones or in what proportions. Which means there's no way to gauge a "safe" dose. Also, old news, this guy popped up on the rc forum I frequent a long time ago. Personally speaking, these chemicals can be used in a positive way. It's just most assholes who use them aren't willing to spend the money on a milligram scale, and you wind up with excellent material for a media frenzy. Personally, I'll be stocking myself up on 2C-E before it becomes scheduled, as some stupid kid out in the midwest bought a gram and decided with his friends, "We have no clue what the dose is, so let's just do lines until we start tripping." The media went into a frenzy about the inherent dangers of the drug, but completely failed to mention how these kids failed at doing any sort research. It can take up to an hour to two hours to kick in even up the nose, and in the time it took for that to happen, they did the entire gram, splitting about 100 heavy nasal doses between four people. Add to this that they were drinking heavily, and it's no wonder one of them died while he was under the influence.

LSD is right up there with pot as one of the safest drugs you can do, but I bet if you ate 25 hits and pounded some beers, you'd probably hurt yourself pretty badly. There's some down right nasty and unpleasant drugs in the category of RCs, but guys like the ones in this story and the guys I mentioned are going to wind up helping to create further black markets and dangers for people, because some folks are too lazy or stupid to protect themselves by doing basic research on the drugs they're using to reduce the potential harms and risks. Right now, if I get myself some of these, they come straight from a professional lab, and are cheap enough that it's simply not worth it to sell anything but an uncut product. Once a few more idiots die, and things start getting scheduled, you can guarantee that won't be the case.

Sorry for the rant guys, but people like these just make me angry. If I want to spend a quiet night at home tripping, they make it much more difficult for me, and increase the odds that just by buying something relatively benign, I might get arrested. Same for the idiots who drive or do other things on psychedelics that endanger others. All I want to do is have a peaceful night enjoying some music, maybe look at some art books, and watch a movie like Wizards or something, and do so in an altered state. But psychedelics are just like weed. You get responsible users like myself that'll just stay home, be quiet and not bother anyone, and you get the dopes who decide to endanger others or themselves. Oh well, phenethylamines store for ages, so once I stock up, I should be good for the rest of my life, regardless of scheduling coming in the future.

I smoked some "bad ganja" yesterday while being drunk and the results were not pretty. One should never mix alcohol and other intoxicating drugs.
I'm usually a responsible smoker and I always stay at home when doing different stuff so there will be no danger to other people - but the results can vary a lot.
Usually I just stick to weed and listen to some music and watch some movies.
Stuff like this "Virginia Case" is about irresponsible people getting access to stuff they shouldn't be allowed to handle.
