    Traditional Swedish Cooking

Seeing how much we love Swedish snus anyone ever consider sampling Swedish cuisine? Being part swedish this really interests me. Here is a video showing how to cook the Swedish way. Maybe our members in Sweden can add their thoughts.

When I was in Chicago in July for the Dave Matthews Band Caravan, I ate at a local neighborhood place called Tre Kronor.

The food was great, a few of the waitresses even had on shirts that said "snus". Next door there was also a cool shop that was Swedish and had neat little items from Sweden, "The Sweden Shop".

If you're in Chicago or close by, I urge you to check it out - it's a great place. It was on Food Network not too long ago.

Oh, and when I was in Sweden I had some Swedish cuisine too
