    Exactly. There's always going to be discrimination, but it shouldn't be promoted by the government. "Positive" discrimination is merely discrimination, and isn't positive imo. *ism is never right, and especially shouldn't be codified in law. There's subtle, and not so subtle biases in every hiring practice. Saying otherwise on a job form doesn't remove those biases.

        I agree guys. The job should go to the most qualified/suitable candidate regardless of sex/race or whatever.
