    Road Cycling

Anyone do it? I gave it a first shot yesterday.

20 miles in an hour and a half. Woah! It was awesome..

I have been getting a lot more into this sort of stuff, especially since quitting smoking for the most part.

Except now, today I have a sore throat. I am hoping this is simply attributed to post nasal drip (My nose runs when I exercise hard, dunno why) or from breathing through my mouth too much (dry air).

I seem to recall this happening before to me after strenuous exercise. I run often though and never had a sore throat. So I dunno.. I have also read it could be from using a Camelbak, which I was. But it was brand new and never used before. So I dunno if that would do it.

Anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed my first cycling trip on a road bike!

I don't like bike riding much. The seats hurt my ass :^D

When I was young, I used to ride everywhere on a single speed bmx bike. That's still the best kind of bike I've had. Since then I've had a few multispeed road/offroad bikes, but none are as comfortable, and I can't ride as far as I could on a bmx. The problem is I look silly on a little bike. I'm 6'4", and I look like a rolling clown act on a bmx bike :^D
