... probably the last one of them who was able to move and walk, so he or she had to do all the work for the family from that point on. That sibling was out of luck for sure. Imagine the food shopping alone!

Being from the UK I do notice there are a lot less obese people here in Norway, probably because fast food like Mcdonalds and BK are so damn expensive. For two regular meals at Burger King it is somewhere between $35-$40. Expensive even by Norwegian standards. Sure makes more sense to cook something homemade and healthy at home though.
