Damn! I'm impressed, Eric. My parents grew up during the Great Depression, and in the Appalachians to boot. My mother could pinch a penny until Abe Lincoln squealed. So naturally, I was raised to be a bargain-hunter. But I have to tip my hat to you. You're much better at it than I am. I'm much too absent-minded to remember to use coupons.

Thanks bro! It's mostly my wife's work to be honest. She stays home with my son and does research etc. It really helps out on the bottom line. For example right now I have enough razors and toothpaste to last me 5 years I'd say and it was free.
I like to use http://www.restaurant.com/ a lot when we go out to eat. The codes change frequently but if you search google you can usually find a coupon code for 80% off that website so a $25.00 restaurant gift certificate ends up costing us $2.00. The catch is that you can only use a certificate at a particular restaurant once a month and you have to spend at least $35.00 to cash in the certificate. With the certificate, tax and tip we usually end up spending $20.00 for a feast for 3 and that's pretty good IMO.
I would love to find coupons for stuff I actually need like gasoline, the mortgage payment or paying the utility bills!

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.
I use restaurant.com when I can. Great way to save a lil coin.......
Yes. Priceline.com has also worked out very nicely. We once got a suite in the Anaheim Hyatt for $45 a night when we went to Disneyland. We are going to Reno next year and I already booked a 3.5 star hotel over the weekend for $40 a night. The rack rate on that hotel is $147.00 a night and the discount rate is $99.00 I have tried to use priceline for airfare before but haven't had any luck with it so far.
Whoot! Big score today.. Not really coupon related, but cool anyway. My wife signed up for some deal on a website. House party contest type deal. Bottom line is we got a fed ex box come through. A lot of stupid shit like freakin maxi pads, bracelets, woman's deoderant blah blah. The good thing we got was a Oral B 8850 electric toothbrush. First thing I did was look hoe much the deal was worth. 85 bucks not bad at all. My wife gave it to me so I'll be tryin it out tommorow. I really needed this toothbrush due to how snus causes the tooth loss, decay and all.
And how was the Tupperware party you hosted? Worth the toothbrush?
Lmao this isn't 1973.
Don't have to sell a thing just tell some friends family give out a coupon or two. The wife pretty much got it covered last night at dinner. We've gotten these before with ice cream etc.
Sweet... Good haul at the super HEB... Total was like 325 only payed 29.. mostly cosmetics which I have no use for but made the wife happy. Got some vitamins as well, lotion (not buy butter damnit).. my wife has alot of teenage cousins and all so the makeup are good for bday gifts etc.
Recently I found out that a few cumberland farms in my area started stocking General snus. Me, low on funds and low on snus, decided to pick up a few...
I love Telltale games. They are funny and are episodic so you can finish an episode in 4-5 hours without spending a ton of money. Computers and adventure...
