The big problem I can foresee here is that, whether she confronts him or not, there could always be that little seed of doubt playing on her mind.

Dan Savage is usually spot on the money with his advice, but in this case the woman has to live with the guy and their kids, so it might be better for her to talk to him. Not confront him and accuse him of all sorts, but go in to say "Hey, i came across this on the computer and i'm a bit worried, what's all that about, then?"
