      Good for you Roo!

Owning a home is awesome. Sure, there's a lot of work and it costs a lot...oh yeah, and the child will take everything else...but its yours. You'll make it your own...or better yet, she'll make it your own but that's cool. Now you'll begin the journey of learning how to fix pretty much everything in a home...or at least rig it.

I hope the move-in goes smoothly for you all. Just wait 'till the baby comes...it's like someone turns your life over and shakes it. fun!

A great big congratulations! It sounds like a great place! I simply can't wait to get a house of my own where I can raise up my (currently imaginary) family!
But I do suppose it will be a couple of years before I'll own a home... Especially since I've just recently turned 18.
            But once again - CONGRATULATIONS!

Not by a long shot but someone else is pretty well off... I am co-owner. The poor one.
