Just got done reading Loki by Mike Vasich.
Good book. It kind of takes a few stories leading up to Ragnorak "the twilight of the gods/final battle" from Norse mythology and he kind of adds his own stuff in that still keeps the story pretty much the same with a few changes. Overall a great book to read. It might not be word for word what Norse mythology has but it takes it a step further for something really interesting.

I'm currently exploring the new and exciting world of self-published authors and their free and 99 cent e-books on Kindle. There are some very "interesting" books there, and some, er... brave authors! I download a few of these a day and see how far I can get into them.

Actually, there are some pretty good ones among them. Found a couple new authors I like and in genres that likely wouldn't have been published by trade publishers.

Right now reading a steampunk fantasy by Lindsay Buroker. She's one of the good ones.
