    What browser do you use?

I thought it might be interesting to see how things get split up across the board. Do we run Firefox like mad, dabble with Chrome, or stick with IE? Maybe even some Safari users, or old-timers using lynx floating about?

I'm firmly in the "other" camp, myself. Didn't really take to it the first time I tried it, but now I'm loving uzbl.

Primarily Firefox on the Nightly builds, but I also dabble in Opera, especially when I'm on a flaky wifi connection. I don't like the Webkit browsers I've tried so far.

I used Firefox for a long time, but have been using and loving Google Chrome since some time back now.

Well Safari is what is on the iPhone so that counts...

But in general when up to me I opt for Chrome/Chromium (usually the latter) and on occasion Opera.
At work my only choices are Firefox and IE, they don't "approve" of Chrome or Opera.

I have also been known to use Konqueror, Dillo, and even Lynx.

As much as possible when working on a web development I will try to cross check it with every possible OS/Browser combination I can.

So in short I voted other because there was no All of the above or all of the above and more option.

I had been using Chromium/Chrome for a while, but gave it up because I kept having issues where it would spawn endless processes, and I'd see up to 18 or more instances running when I checked System Monitor/atop. Uzbl has won me over mostly because I can use vi-style keybindings for navigation (even has Command and Insert modes to match), and it's just as customizeable as Firefox. I imagine I'll be tinkering with my config file for a while, getting it just how I like it

I was a hardcore Mozilla Firefox user for years. The last year it has been Chrome/Safari, depending on what I am doing/using. No issues with either yet.

Oh and joy of joys UZBL is in the FreeBSD ports tree. As soon as I finish the upgrade I am running I will have to compile it. Damn Eclipse, taking forever....

Just remember to make sure there's a config file somewhere. On my machine, it defaulted to ~/.local/share/uzbl/config. Without one of those files it won't do much. Suppose I ought to formally set $XDG_CONFIG_HOME and the other XDG variables.

Noted, still compiling from an upgrade...
