Cigarettes does have even more poison in it today than before

I've probably missed if this is discussed before here on the forum but this is a new reason for smokers to quit or change to snus.

I read today that in Sweden the new FSC cigarettes are going to be the only available to buy in stores. It means that they (sorry for bad english) "put out" quicker so if somebody forgets to put out their cigarette at home, the risk for an accident (a fire) isn't as big as before. But it has it's downsides, which is the health.

The FSC cigarettes has somekind of chemical glue which can cause illness, headache and stomach problems. The taste is much worse too what I've heard.. This chemical hasn't been tested on animals or anything either which sounds very worrying.

This means that all smokers will get this shit in their bodys, and what I can tell it does not sound good at all.
So cigarettes are harmful as hell, more than before. I don't even know why people are still using that crap to get some nic, save your life and use snus instead!

The FSC cigarettes chemical glue from what I have been told is carpet glue.... The Government has managed to do what the manufactures haven't been able to do for quit some time.... And that is:

Make cigarettes more dangerous and harmful than before by mandating this stupidity.... Our Government at it's best.... Nice going!

Once FSC was implemented here it messed me up fast. I quit within months of it being put in cigarettes as it hurt to smoke.

I have enough rolling papers to last the rest of my life. I should be good on cigarettes, regardless of what the criminals in office do :^)

Same here Monkey, FSC were the main reason I quit smoking, the were implemented in Michigan around January of 2010 and I quit in June, I could seriously notice the effect they had on my lungs and they made the taste of my Marlboro lights taste like SHIT! I honestly feel that our government is committing a crime on its people. That is, making people ****ing lab rats, I'm happy I switched to snus, the only way I would smoke a cig now, is if it was rolled with hemp paper and was organic tobacco.

I wouldn't be surprised if the government mandates all rolling papers contain "fire safe" chemicals.

After a long habit I noticed something different with smell and taste the few slip ups I did have. Much better rolling your own if you ever have to.

You're on your own. The only good decisions they make is when they decide to do nothing, but of course no one hears about that since they didn't do anything. They should try doing nothing more often.

Yeah I noticed that when I smoked marlboro reds in central america they tasted way different, not necessarily better either every brand there but marlboro was so weak it was unbelievable, I did that for weeks til my buddy and I found some cope lc in Belize and I was happy. American Marlboros are otoh incredibly strong even though they're rough and taste pretty bad.

Okay, to be honest I took a cigarette last weekend on a party (for the last time) and I'm sure it was one of those FSC. It put out by itself after only one minute and I got a bit ill from it, did taste like shit too.
Didn't get any nicotine hit of it either.. Cancer-sticks does suck.
