Cheese, crackers, and hot sauce is a snack fit for gods. I recommend Tropical Pepper Company hot sauce. I like the 4x habanero, and the ghost chili sauce http://www.tropicalpepper.com/

FinnCrisp crackers are good for the base http://www.finncrisp.com/

The cheese doesn't matter so much, but I like extra sharp cheddar. Something hard with a bold flavor works best.

How can you tempt us with this without offering what to drink?

I usually have unsweetened tea, but just about anything would work. Beer would be especially good. Something crisp and hoppy, like Bass. I think I'd stay away from milk, and sodas. Milk's too heavy, and soda too sweet.

The Habanero Death Rain crisps are also very nice. Thing is, I can't get them in any shops around here, so I have to order them online.

Now as a chilihead i am, just found a new line as i found crisp in smell and a hint of mango the taste is strong but not over the top in head , suits so great as sause to meat but also for heating up a chunkey salsa..

About to finish my first jar of Claussen hot and spicy pickles. These things are great. If you like dill pickles and you like heat they are a sure bet......

Claussen koshers are the only way to go for big-name grocery store, widely available pickles. Never had the spicy ones, I'd be down with that. Bubbies makes a pretty good spicy gurcken too.
