Okay so the site is a reputable commercial site and I am apparently the only one having an issue with them. I put in a ticket with their helpdesk. Notably, if I try to download it with IE9 it works but on Firefox it gives the error. This has led to the unfortunate situation where I must use IE9 even though I vowed never to use them again (outside of work, who uses like i.e.5 or something).

Anyways, it works in one browser but not the other, not sure why firefox can't handle it. After talking with tech support I am apparently the only user who can't access the files. www.digitaltutor.com is the site. Great place to go to learn everything from 3ds max to after effects or photoshop, mudbox, maya etc. It must be something on my side but at least I got it working now, i'll just have to stop using Firefox.

You could alway try using Chrome instead, if it just seems to be a browser related thing and you don't want to use IE. There's also always the possibility you've got a FF plugin that's causing the issue if you installed any plugins.

Hey sgreger, back to the menus for a sec: screw kinkos, if I were you I would call around to 4 or 5 locally owned copy shops and get bids with open dialog as to what other shops are charging. They will be more interested in getting your business than kinkos and will likely do a better job at a lower price.

I second this. Small business first, then privately held companies, then publicly traded companies. That's the American way, or it should be anyway.
