    DuckDuckGo

I found a new search engine that looks pretty good. It's like Google, but cuts out the crap, and the tracking. Why DuckDuckGo? Here's a couple reasons...

    http://dontbubble.us/

And I like that you can customize your page colors...

Justintempler also hipped me to Scroogle, but I think I prefer DuckDuckGo. !Bang makes alternate searches easy, and it has some other nifty features. I also like the layout better. Poke around the site, read the FAQ, and see what you think.

Last night I had to redownload the latest version of Tor/Tor Browser which they just updated. When you enable Tor now it launches a new firefox window set up specifically for anonymity and when you search for something or use google it forwards you to duckduckgo since they don't have all of the tracking nonsense.
