    Campaigners attack plans for 'safer' cigarettes

    So they complain cigs are unsafe. You try to please them and make them safer and what do they do... lol

    No? Try Swedish Snus chaps, 90-99% safer than smoking [Royal College of Physicians], no risk of mouth cancer [The Lancet] and doesn't harm anyone in the vicinity

    How sensible is it to try to reduce harm of a product by sticking with the most fatal part of its formula? ie the combustion of tobacco. You don't have to think too far outside the box to realise that combustion and then inhalation into the lungs is what kills people.
