Lmao, I think it's a case of gigantism a disease that one of our Romanian NBA players has - Ghita Muresan.

I saw him earlier this autumn and he was barely able to walk, his leg muscles were almost gone (very thin legs) and he once was able to play in the NBA.... now the disease got him badly.

Really though the correct title for this should read "Normal sized person spotted amongst mass of severely malnourished N Koreans who on average are at least 4 inches shorter than South Koreans due to lack of proper nutrition at birth.", but I guess that's not as catchy.
