Scans 'show mindfulness meditation brain boost'

I have meditated for half an hour every day, for nearly 3 years. Specifically qigong meditation (a Chinese healing art, linked to Kung fu). The benefits are simply not quantifiable, I feel more peaceful, I haven't had so much as a sniff of a common cold in all the time I've practicing whilst all the people around me get them, really bad back problems I had before I started have totally disappeared. I am more confident, my posture is better (open heart opens the chest). I'm happier, whereas before my life was a misery. I smile a lot
Oh, and I've had a few what you would call 'spiritual' experiences
Healthcare from down from the millennia for the 21st century, and what's more its free to practise :-)
