Sooooo... I gave redman a go, they sell it at Snus2 (obviously, but I mean online). But not before I did my homework with TSNA levels and how it is cured etc. I like the fact it's made under the umbrella of SM too

What's it like? Well, if you're expecting anything like salty lös, you'll be way off the mark. I'm no expert in US chew or dip, but I gather chew tobacco is soaked in sweet-tasting syrup (called casing), and caters to the American palette (duh!). I love it as an occasional alternative to my snus, there is nothing like a fat cheek full of chew, and spitting in a mudjug!

    Give it a go mate
Thanks for that mate. I want to complement my snus with another product, i do love snuff but I’m a bit like you, I get easily congested. I’m not really into the whole vaping thing. I just looked on snus2, Red Man chew is almost 12 quid for only 85grams, your bags look proper big! Maybe I will get some Grimm and Triepel, Oliver Twists and redman, and mix it all up with some snuff

Is there some place you can sleep in public there? If I went, I'd be perfectly content to sleep in a bus station or something to save a few bucks. More money for snus.

Really nice to meet Vulpes and get some of the good stuff from Sweden. I was on a strict budget though which prevented me getting as much. But i have the key players to try again or to try out. Will be getting my thumbs dirty with a can of Ettan (los) in a bit but won't crack into the stash fully just yet and rather just dip into it over the coming weeks straight out the freezer. Really nice friendly and kind people met in Sweden which helped make the experience.

Sounds like you both had a really good time mate. I hope I can get a trip sorted in the summer. Was the hotel accommodation expensive, compared with a Travelodge at 50 quid a night, did you book in advance or just turn up

That's funny how General Wintergreen with American warning labels is available in Sweden. Haha.

Hi, yes it was quite expensive i thought where we stayed (around £40 per night including breakfast and linen) and we paid a couple of weeks in advance.

Thanks mate, it’s around the same cost as two nights in a Travelodge. Two nights accommodation, with food and coffee, I should be able to do that for about £120

I think that one might be a bit illusive. I remember heders asking if it was sold in Sweden. The only can I ever got hold of was from PP.

Ansel told me about a conversation he had with one of the porters in the hostel. He told the bloke about the Snuson forum and the chap asked "What do you guys find to talk about?!" I guess in Sweden you just buy your can of general each day and that's it, no need to discuss anything. Snuson in Sweden might be like a forum about cigarettes in the UK lol. Any of us regular posters probably know more about snus connoissance than the average Swede IMO.

I guess the average Swede does take it for granted, until the day the EU manages to stop the average Swede getting their beloved snus, let's hope that doesn't happen, or we’re all F***ed

Looks like a good trip, other than that stinking wintergreen! So, no real snus porn effect in Sweden for the locals. I bet you guys had a chubby walking in the Snus2 shop! They should put a cot in the back of the shop and run shuttles to the airport!
wiki "Popcorn Sutton" a true COOT!

I wanted to try the wintergreen, but I do gather its not as good as the jak's (which I love)

                              I did have wood.

Snus is probably just a day-to-day thing in Sweden with it having it's roots there and being freely available. I think most Swedes just use General too don't they? To take your analogy SnusOn is probably like us having a cigarette forum in the UK :-)
