An odd question, but can you identify these sunglasses?

I've been trying to identify these sunglasses for a while now, for a friend. They are apparently quite old, and this pair is broken and she's looking for a similar pair. Would anyone know anything about these, or have seen some before? I know it's really, really odd to ask this, but I've asked around so many places I figured I might aswell look towards the wisdom of snusers.

Is there a brand name in-printed somewhere on the glasses?

      if they're not branded

then they're probably just some random glasses

Nope.. I asked the girl who presented me with the sunglasses, the same question. She was quite offended, so apparently no - no there is no model name or brand name or number on them.
But I was hoping that someone maybe knew sunglasses of similar style

It looks like Ray-Ban styling to me, but I have no idea. Look through their catalog, especially from the 60s era.

Hmm, I've just searched through a ton of old Ray-bans, and it doesn't seem to be their work. Since it has no brand it might be someones own handywork. Hmm, beats me.

Unfortunately, I have no idea about the brand of the sunglasses, but I once had a pair of pilot-sunglasses that was perfect. It broke one day after some years of use. I also didn't know which brand it was and I never found the exact type of sunglasses again. Since then I use no-name sunglasses (mostly freebies from local shops).

ZZ Top made a song about the topic:

                  Cheers!
