    Political But Cute

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

This is from a documentary that I saw once. It pretty much just loads words into Obamas mouth and makes assumptions about what he thinks and/or is doing, but most of it is completely made up. Reagan raised taxes 10x as high as Obama has ever proposed, but if Obama wants a small increase on millionaires only, they decry him as a socialist. Reagan would be called a commie in today's GOP.

I liked it, and generally agree with the conclusions. All forms of of government can work well as long as people are honest, and look out for everyone, and not just themselves, but...

I agree with their conclusions too, and I generally agree with the Reagan character, but they purposely made Obama a charicature of his true self and pretty much made up his belief on things, and portrayed him as a college kid who "learned in school that redistributing the wealth was what helps everyone". I mean right off the bat Reagan offers him a jelly bean and Obama responds, "No thanks, but I am entitled to at least half of those jelly beans anyways!".

It was an okay documentary but I hate it when they only argue one side and sort of make the other sides position look stupid by not arguing it very well. I'd like to see a cooporative documentary where each side puts forward there views and lets the users decide.

Really its more funny than anything else. Watch when Obama starts to preach. A podium and a teleprompter slides into place. I think they did a good job with that.

I think its best to watch it a couple of times very closely to catch all the stuff they parody.
