Maybe this news story ties in with the lack of respect in today's society thread?? Perhaps the children were dissing their parents alcoholism and this was their punishment for showing disrespect?? Was there a picture anywhere of this? I too wonder how one would strap 4 children to their car, I have 1 I'd like to do that to somedays.

It was more humane than what precious was advocating for when kids got out of line. At least a communist police state didn't imprison them in internment camps!
