    Hi all - new snuser.

Just thought I'd say hello, new member.
My experience; gave up ciggies about six months ago, since giving up put on 15kg and have been depressed almost to the point of divorce!!

I have dealings with Sweden (ground source heat pumps) and remembered the baccy tea bags they all seem to use, did some googling and found this great site and buysnus.
Delivery arrived and I havn't looked back.

Depressioin going/gone and not eating everything I can get my hands on.
I fully understand there is a small health risk with snus but it is one I gladly accept.

Thanks guys and girls, keep up the good work.

Congrats on quitting, man! Clearly the Swedes know a bit more than how to make really awesome heat pumps and other technologically advanced, ultra-efficient, environmentally friendly stuff, eh?

Congrats on quitting! Trying to do that myself right now, and the snus is working out.

Really when you think about it, which is a bigger health risk:

      1. The possible risk of oral/pancriatic cancer from snus.

      2. Carting around an extra 33 lbs. on your frame. Plus, the depression and the host of other problems that come with it.

Personally, I'll take the snus and its risks over clogged arteries, heart attacks, back problems and mental anguish any day.

      Best,
      Mark

        Welcome to the forum Bitwobbly.

I understand exactly what you are talking about regarding the depression. When I quit nicotine in the past, even after 6 - 9 months, iwas definitely not right. I will use snus forever now, the nicotine is just too useful to me to give it up. When i first started, I read every health study I could get my hands on, and whatever risks snus does offer, the downside of my not havining nicotine is far greater.

Besides, I love snus now, I love everything about it. I still do the happy dance any time a new shipment arrives

          Thanks for the welcome guys.
I deffo feel so much better now nicotine is back, happier, not grumpy even the wife is talking to me again
          Thank goodness for snus.
I'm trying out a multi pack of all sorts of different type of portions, not too keen on eucalyptus one but like the general portions.
This stuff seem like some kind of panacea to us nicotine addicts.

          Thank you Sweden

LOL, I hated the Eucalyptus. Just did not like that one.

I'm glad that things are going better, especially with the wife. That stuff is important.
