    A Petition

I'm not a big fan of internet petitions, but this one grabbed my attention. It was setup by the founder of Wikipedia on behalf of Richard O'Dwyer, a UK citizen. He ran a site a that had user generated links to TV shows, and is now facing extradition to the US to be tried in our sham of a court system. I don't know what good it'll do, but I signed it. The malign influence this country, and its corporations has on the world needs to be stopped. If nothing else, displeasure needs to be shown regarding the tactics used. Consider signing the petition, and spreading it around to your friends. Maybe it'll help redeem a kid's life, and if nothing else will give a fsck you to the overreaching corporations, and their governmental thugs...

      On a related note:

The Supreme Court on Monday reaffirmed its disastrous 2010 ruling that lifted limits on corporate spending to influence elections.....

Let's hope he doesn't go on death row.

Isn't it ironic that a champion of free speech, Julian Assange, fears our country the most?
