Ya, it's BS. It could help through placebo effect, but I'd find a cheaper placebo, or at least support small artisans.

I know a few people that swear by them. I held the same opinion as you but they keep telling me it helps so I figured I'd ask for opinions here.

Thats what I'm thinking. People think it works because they want it to, the placebo effect. But one of my doctors actually has a display and sells them. I've known this guy for years and I really respect him but when I saw the display it got me thinking. So I figured I'd ask the masses here.

theres not much chance of falliing....unless its out of bed. But they won't take the restraints off anyway.

man its great. I lost 15 lbs right away in like 2 weeks, started to eat a tad more and now I'm still losing weight but not as quickly. I'm so happy I started that way. thanks for asking.
