Blue Cheese, Love it or Hate it?

I was thinking about this yesterday when I went out to dinner with some friends. People seem to either LOVE blue cheese, or totally HATE it. I haven't met many people who are impartial about it.

So which is it guys? I personally LOVE blue cheese and could eat it on almost anything.

Hate it. It tastes like mold(big surprise). I don't find the flavor of mold appealing.

I had some in my tasty salad last night. Love it. An iceberg lettuce wedge with bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes, bacon, and bleu cheese dressing? Gtfo.

You guys should try mixing it 60/40 or 50/50 with some butter. Take 4 oz of blue cheese & mix it with butter, let it reach room temperature and melt it over steak, ribs, burgers, etc.

Another good way to try with steaks maybe burgers. toast/roast some walnuts, put walnuts into small food processor, some flat leaf parsley, blue cheese and drizzle oil while mixing to make a thick paste, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff steaks with this mixture

Blue cheese is the greatest cheese.

The best blue cheese is Moody Blue.

                          It is smoked blue cheese.

                          It changed my life.

                          For reals.

I could eat pounds of gorgonzola or blue just by itself.
