Burgers aside... Where do you lot go for tacos and burritos?

Whatever your response may be... Please don't tell me it's Taco Bell.. :^(

I rather you eat at a mysterious taco wagon than that shit hole. It's for your own good!

    -----------

My choice would be Taco Time. Without a doubt. Local ingredients, made fresh every day? Come on, you can't get any better than that (when was the last time you experienced fresh fast food?).

Unfortunately for those outside of Cascadia's reach: it's strictly regional (Washington-only)...

I have a vague memory of the In-N-Out Burger... I remember enjoying it greatly, and I hear it's the best burger... Sadly, for me, it's strictly regional (California and surrounding southern states).

      Poutine eh?

For the benefit of our UK members - and especially the northern ones ... Poutine is cheesy chips with gravy!

I'd give first place to BK and Wendy's. We really don't eat fast foods but, when the urge hits away from home I'll always drive a few extra miles to find one of them. Fries on the other hand, McD's hands down! If BK or Wendy's could get the fries right, McD's would not even be a thought for me. ;-)

If I must eat a burger and fries from a fast food joint, there is only one option for me: Burgerville. Only the Oregonians and maybe a few Washingtonians who travel further south than Centralia WA will know what I'm talking about. Local ingredients and good food. The drive-through takes like 10 mins because they make your shit to order.

Dude, he is exactly right. Starbucks owns Seattle's Best anyway. I don't know why you beat off to Starbucks so hard... did you read in the Times that CEO Howard Schultz got an 80% pay raise last year? The Pacific Northwest has SO many local, family-owned coffee roasters, and the beans are available all over the place, from grocery stores to those little drive-up shacks. I feckin hate Starbucks. When I saw the one INSIDE the Forbidden City in Beijing, I wanted to shit on it.

lol I still love Coderguy's comment that there are so many Starbucks, there are now Starbucks IN the bathrooms of other Starbucks here in Seattle. It's damn-near true.

oh and also I'll eat the occasional burger at Dick's. Only in Seattle is it perfectly normal for drunk people to holler into a room full of people, "I WANT DICKS!" or "LET'S GO GET SOME DICKS".

We have many Mexican Taquerías up here and we will only go to those because they are fresh made, local ingredients and the best hand made tortillas I've ever had. They're also pretty inexpensive! $1.00 for a steak taco, cheaper than Taco Bell and a hell of a lot better!
