3 years this month. I use about 8-10 portions daily of regular snus.

I had a few cigarette relapses along the way.

And to our Swedish friends who have been using 20 and 40 years; not fair, you
had a head start. But I must thank you for inventing the stuff!

I was curious to see more closely how much snus I have been using exclusively since quitting cigs 11/04/12. I divided 150 days by my 43 empty tins and got 3.5 days per tin.......much better than I would have guessed! It is more enjoyable than smoking to me, and way cheaper.

hey mate sorry but i am a sucker for portions right now... i never count how many i use but i allow about 5 cans for a week... as long as i got snus i got no worries.

I've been snussing for 6 years. About 12-14 hours a day, everyday.

There were however, brief periods of time in which I ran out of snus or was overseas and unable to get it.
