The BP diet guy is deathly allergic to many of them. I am less so, because I have not passed out from exposure. I will say that I have more energy now than at any point in my life. I have been, for the past week, strictly avoiding mycotoxins. I feel very very energized.

That is excellent, if it works keep doing it.
I have a professional opinon about it (as a dually certified card holding mold remediator) but it doesn't mean much were diet is concerned.
        Well, carry on!

If you drink coffee black it is technically a negative calorie item. And really that is the only way to drink coffee, hehehehe.

99% of the time, black is way I go. Explain "negative calorie" item please?

As in the net calories taken in from an item is less than the energy consumed to actually digest it or from the reaction of it.

In the case of coffee, black the drink offers no calories, but the caffeine it self as a stimulant triggers the body to burn more calories. It is ever so slight and no way that coffee by itself would be a diet plan by itself. But I would consider black coffee a freebee in any diet plan.

The whole pasteurized milk deal also is something to think about. I would try raw milk if I could get it but use in order- coconut creamer, half+ half or milk.

Use to use 2%/skim but read that those are higher in sugar and have added oxidized fat unlike full fat milk/cream/half+half.

Was reading somewhere they wanted to add aspartame to milk and call it sugar.

I don't know why people are all hyped on raw milk. Pasteurization is a simple and effective process and the few nutrients that are lost from milk in the process, well milk isn't the best source of those to begin with. And considering what can grow in raw milk and how quickly, it seems a no brainer to me.

Then again I don't drink much milk any more anyway...

I read they want to redefine milk as milk + aspertame. Just put it in and don't mention it.

Some people swear by it and say it has even helped with failing health.

I tried a glass in Europe at a relatives farm and it tasted great but I thought I was going to die with all the American propaganda I had been fed.

Oh boy, here we go, aspertame, the most tested safe demon of them all, it is like the greatest food controversy of all time...

"North Kora", did they mean Korea? Article is not starting off well for me.

Awesome they listed as many asian countries as they could. What they are missing is cow milk is not consumed by most asians. In fact if you look at lactose intolerance by ethnicity European ancestry people have it the least, because we domesticated cattle first. We are the only species that consumes milk as adults in the natural world and it ain't natural. Ok gotta go get lunch must stop.

Ok, so one week: 14lbs off. Not to shabby and slightly less flabby. Was a pound up this morning from yesterday, but wth. Noticing that now when I get hungry, there is no more panic and dizziness (prediabetic that I was). I used to freak a bit when I was off schedule cause I knew the dizziness and headache was coming in t-minus... 10-9-8-7..
                            No longer!

So I know it is likely a no-no on the BPD, but I just made an awesome no carb high fat shake.
Two cups coffee, two teaspoon sugar-free french vanilla creamer, about nine ice cubes, and one cup heavy cream.
Serves four! Damn that was more than I meant to make. Blend it in the blender and the cream really makes it blow up.

Doing great, down under 230 now. Everyone is starting to mention it. Wife decided to start on another diet herself.
Got myself some keto strips tonight. Deep purple, baby!
