Why do the Chinese love Snuson?

I was just looking around the site and found this page - Who's Online. I set the filter to "search bots" and saw that we are covered up with spiders ... 45 spiders.

Here's the thing, almost all are Baidu from China. There was one or two from Google and Bing. That's to be expected. But Baidu is a Chinese language search engine. Why do they care about Swedish snus and Snuson? Very odd. Does anyone know?

You'd think they'd be clever with their spamming techniques........ Have you seen some of the posts they make? I would have to smoke a full ounce in one sitting to make any sense of that.

We had those dissidents coming here for a little while, and posting Chinese news. I kind of liked having them around.

There is an insane amount of questionable internet traffic originating from China. I work for a very small company and we see it constantly. Most of it is looking for exploits on public facing web servers.

I see the same here on servers I run. Even small development mirrors that I ended up having to setup scripts that had a very short fuse with how many attempts it takes to be automatically added to the bad IP list.

They seemed to have visited a local tree trimming and landscape outfit I created a website for.

Most of what I see is looking for poorly setup servers with bad security or unpatched exploits. How wide scale it is makes me ponder the purpose. Looking for such machines would best serve setting up zombie stations.
