    Thanks for all your thoughts guys, I appreciate it. You are the friends I was talking about :-)

    I've been on ecigs, and it never worked well - it exacerbated my asthma, even more than smoking. And I never enjoyed anywhere near as using snus. Snuff messes up my nose, and I don't get enough nic as a standalone. No, I'm really hoping it works and I can use snus.

    I'm looking forward to reducing then discontinuing this drug :-)

          Well 2 months later (from the commencement of my withdrawal) I'm OFF CRF ('California Rocket Fuel' aka venlafaxine-mirtazapine combo).

          How do i feel? LESS depressed, LESS anxious, LESS OCD. And guess for which symptoms I was prescribed these meds?! lmao!

          Back on snus now, just gently testing my theory with some general white portion :-)

          Looking forward to bantering with you guys again.

                      Thanks chaps.

                      I'm off to the dentist next week to get my teeth cleaned and polished. They're filthy with tar stains from 2 months of 50-a-day cigs!
