    Do you have a morning ritual?

    Me, I wake up, often feeling crazy tired; and when I'm free that is usually around 11 o' clock. First, I take a piss, then I instantly rush down to the kitchen and make a pot of strong Gevalia coffee while cooking some hot oatmeal or making myself a couple of sandwiches. If the weather is nice I like to sit outside and enjoy it in the sun, but otherwise I eat it while checking the computer.

    When the breakfast is eaten I immediately run down to the coffee maker and pour myself a huge mug of the liquid gold. Then a splash of milk, and check my freezer for the morning snus of choice. I usually go with something tobacco flavored like Ettan or Grovsnus. If I have some starks/ES I usually take one of those as I find the rush pleasurable for the first one in the day.

    I take my steaming mug and pop in my cold snus under my lip, re-seat myself at the computer, and just enjoy while listening to some chilled out music. After that, I'm ready for what the day has to offer.

    On work days it's similar to above, but with the added stress of waking up too late, looking at the clock seeing that you have to leave the house in 10 minutes, and so on... lol

    ummmm......after all that coffee and snus don't you need to run to the toilet at some point?
    Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......





    I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

        Make coffee
        Get snus
        Check forums for new posts

          I'm boring...

          Roll out of bed at 6am usually
          Brush my teeth
          Pop a snus in
          make some breakfast
          take a shit while reading facebook on my phone
          Review business numbers from the day before for work
          Shower and leave for work!

          Most days are the same whether I'm working or not. For days off I might go for a bike ride or a run depending on how I feel

            Wake up.
            Take out any snus I left in overnight (happened like five times damn reading in bed!).
            Brush tooth.
            Find snus, something with some punch.
            If morning wood is gone, take a leak.
            Wash hand(s).
            Put kettle on.
            Get dressed for success.
            Take big snoot of flavorful snuff like Viking, Princes, or something.
            Make a milky tea in my to-go cup.
            Say later to my fam.
            Hit the road.

              Oh gawd morning. My feet hurt! It's all I can understand so I rub them like a cricket and try to go back to sleep. Sit up and hang my head and wonder why I feel like such crap! I used to just get right up and after twenty steps I'm on go for the rest of day. You know what? I'm really not liking getting old. There's got to be a better way. Aside from that frustration I do the usual and grateful for my snus and snuff and coffee and poop and pee and dogs in and out and online procrastination and actual good health. Just ages and pains I guess. The kind make you feel like crap!

                Weekdays:

                Wake up at 7.30am,
                shout phuck really loud as I am usually late,
                brush teeth (or if really really late rinse mouth with chlorahexadine mouth wash, as good as brushing!),
                get dressed,
                grab snus etc from fridge, lunch stuff,
                Pet the dog and let him out in the back for a pee,
                take some pain killers for the inevitable alcohol related headache,
                jump in the car and floor it!

                Weekends
                Wake up at 7.30am, realise its the weekend and back to sleep,
                Wake up when body naturally wakes (usually 10am or so), some jaga jaga,
                Coffee and plenty of it, usually 2 or 3 espressos, then some breakfast,
                Deal with the inevitable outcome of 3 espressos before eating anything!
                Put Saturday Kitchen on the TV and throw in a snus, usually a regular strength portion as starks can sometimes have the same effect as the coffee!

                  Weekends vs workdays vary, also varies if I had a gig the night before. But in general coffee and breakfast while I use my ipad to check messages and servers...

                          My weekday routine:

                          6.00 wake up, insert snus, take a leak, have a shower, get dressed
                          6.20 make tea/coffee, make breakfast for me and the kids
                          6.40 trim stubble, brush teeth, make self presentable
                          6.50 play with kids for half an hour while wife showers, gets dressed, has breakfast
                          7.20 insert snus, walk to train station
                          7.39 get on train, fall asleep
                          8.56 arrive in London, walk to office
                          9.05 arrive at work, make coffee, insert snus, check emails

                              Start the coffee.
                              Have a snus, prep the bowl.
                              Enjoy a water-cooled rip with my coffee (or as the hipsters call it, a Seattle Speedball) with said snus whilst watching the news.
                              Check the e-mails, respond to e-mails, submit work-related stuffs.
                              Work work work work work (mixed with pleasure, i.e. SnusOn).
                              Toke break.
                              Work work work work work.
                              Wind down the day's work with a spliff and a snus.
                              SnusOn (mixed with work, i.e. getting shit ready).
                              More herbs and snus.
                              Relaxation time (TV, movie, or summits).
                              Wind down with a last peek at SnusOn; with some touch-ups to work stuffs............. more herbs and snus.
                              Sleepy times (with the TV and herbs lulling me to sleep).
                              Rinse and repeat until the weekend.
