Any red wine drinkers?

Mostly I use to drink beer, but I enjoy wine during meals, and just to help my homeland, you do have to try spanish wines from Rioja or Ribera del Duero, excellent wines, and if I have to choose a good rated quality/price would go for "Protos Gran Reserva" or "Cune 2007"

Sure I drink red wine and usually stick to European cheapos, 5-10€ bottle, mainly from Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria and of course France. Same of the cheaper wines are little 'teenagery' flavourwise but I don't mind, haven't had bad bottle for ages. New World wines tend to be too strong for my palate.

I remember buying once in a while it in between paydays when I was in the military years ago. It was around $2.00 for a large bottle and came in flavors like orange and grape. You can probably make something similar by mixing in some Kool Aid with vodka.
