Is it hot where you are?

I'm about to go out. The temp is 94 with a feels link heat index of 99!

    Anyone else going through this?

IF I SURVIVE and return home, I'll check for your replies.

As of noon it was 32C (89F) with a humidex of 41C (107F). I have the day off and I usually like to do outdoor stuff around the house but today I think I will sit inside with some cold beers.

It's 30c (86f) right now. Heat index is in the low 90's. The humidity sucks, and I'm ready for fall.

It is July in NC, what other way could it be. I think they are saying the "heat index" will be 106F today. Whatever, felt great outside to me.

At 2pm it is only 86 but the humidity here makes it feel so muggy
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Yup. I've decided that going out in the cold is easier all the Wat around here in Oregon and I'm going to train my brain to love mud because it's the ONLY thing I don't like about the long Rainy seasons. In Summer we get flies and weeds. One horse is sensitive to flies and they make her rub her tail and mane so much I havetostallher all day with a fly sheet and the other horse stupidly eats indiscriminately anything in front of here thus gets a little sick sometimes from the noxious weeds I can't always prevent so I have to keep her in the dry lot half the time or shell have messy poops. I love live stock though. They are the number one most steady calming agent in my life. When they are trained the are like a husband for me and I'm solo now. Steady, no big deal, let's get on with it, nothing is ever so bad, I'm here for you, feed me.

Heat doesn't bother me, its the humidity that kills me!

About 33c here. ~60%+ humidity. Uncomfortable, but a little calmer than it has been here. Blah. I feel really bad for the folks that work outside in this.

It's obvious that PP has not checked in... with a line opening like that I can only imagine what he will come up with...

Oh... I made it home btw... my shirt is so soaked it looks like I was in a rain storm!
