I think the fear sent in to us was because it isn't a native here! And if one was spotted the Potato Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (that's not a joke by the way - they really exist) - spent thousands on an ad campaign to inform the public that if they saw one they were obliged by law to report it to the authorities.
I suppose if you live in Colorado then you might expect to see them on a more regular basis!Squeezyjohn
