The problem with Obama......

Now we are anticipating starting world war 3 so we can stop syria from bombing itself. Even our allies think we should stay out of it. There are american's that are starving/ wallowing in poverty/ being victims of high numbers of crime because of incredibly low police forces. Why are we trying to "help" those that do not want it and ignoring our own people that have their own needs.

It seems to me that John McCain has talked for a very long time about Syria, and he seems to be the first person to promote military engagement with all these countries that have issues. I think it's reasonable to think our military involvement around the world would have increased under his presidency, which would have further screwed this country financially after Bush's ill-conceived wars. And it's anybody's guess what Romney's policies would have been.

It seems the Republicans are too busy bashing a straw-man Obama, they've forgotten how to promote a candidate that isn't an anti-science, war-mongering mouthpiece for the paranoid religious Right.

I'm not really trying to bash Obama himself. I believe every dip shit we have run for president would have done something just as stupid. We are letting people that focus on how to become president take office instead of people that can actually conceive something that actually makes sense. Not people that decide they will do this to please democrats or do that to keep republicans at bay. We need someone who will GET SHIT DONE because it is obviously the smartest thing to do. Not because it pushes a certain agenda because it makes sense.
